Flaretek® Ultrapure PFA Tube Fittings
As the manufacturer of the original Flaretek® flare fitting, Entegris has the most complete line of industry leading flare fitting connections available, including standard Flaretek® fittings, “SpaceSaver” connections and FlareLock® II fittings for high temperature, high pressure applications. All PFA wetted surfaces provide high purity and chemical resistance.
Flaretek® PFA Fittings
Leak-free performance is achieved with minimum dead volume for ultrapure fluid applications. The Flaretek® fitting has high integrity in high vibration applications. Reliability in sideloaded applications allows for compact plumbing and small cleanroom footprint. Flaretek® fittings are available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" nominal tube sizes. Fitting bodies are manufactured from PFA or PFA Plus material with PFA, PVDF or carbon-filled PFA (CPFA) nut options.
Flaretek® PFA “SpaceSaver” Fittings
Flaretek® “SpaceSaver” fittings are designed to solve your toughest fluid network applications. They are ideal where you need flexible fitting connections to transition between line sizes. The “SpaceSaver” connection saves valuable space in your system while eliminating one and sometimes two connections. With fewer connections come faster installation, reduced labor and lower costs. As with all Flaretek® fittings, “SpaceSaver” fitting bodies are manufactured from PFA or PFA Plus material with PFA, PVDF or CPFA nut options.
FlareLock® II PFA Fittings
The FlareLock® II fitting is the premier flare fitting specially designed for high temperature, high pressure applications. Manufactured entirely from PFA, the FlareLock® II fitting is matched by no other. The patented design combines the gripping power of a grooved tube, the security of a locking ferrule mechanism and the compact, leak-free design of the Flaretek® fitting body. This innovative combination gives you a stronger, safer, higher-performing tube connection. Available in 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" nominal tube sizes.
SEMI F57 Compliant
Entegris fittings are compliant to SEMI Standard F57-0301, the specification for polymer components used in ultrapure water and liquid chemical distribution systems.
Manual flaring tools are available
Flaretek® fittings are specifically designed, tested and characterized to work together with specific Flaretek® fitting components manufactured by Entegris. Customer assumes the risk of connection integrity if Flaretek® fittings, body and/or nut components are attached to components manufactured by third parties.
Note: All pressure ratings at various temperatures are based on actual test data utilizing the standards noted in the Technical Information Section of this manual.
